Welcome to Sundance Medical Associates. We are a comprehensive Primary Care / Family Medicine office servicing Chandler, Gilbert, Higley, Queen Creek and Mesa in the East Valley. We treat patients ages 5 and up for all types of conditions. Some common conditions we manage are Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Thyroid Disorders, Migraines, Anxiety & Depression as well as many others. We also have a substantial focus on Preventative Health, Wellness, and Disease Prevention. We offer all types of Physical Exams, for adults and children, including Well Women Exams/PAPs, DOT Exams, and Sports Physicals. We are currently contracted with most insurance plans, including (but not limited to) Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, HealthNet, Humana, MercyCare, TriCare and United. We are also currently pleased to be accepting new Medicare Patients. Same day appointments for sick visits are available on most days (Guaranteed for Privia Members). Our office is currently accepting New Patients with prompt appointment availability.
